Gra帽a is a research associate of the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Cient铆ficas y Tecnicas (CONICET) at the Centro de Estudios sobre Poblaci贸n, Empleo y Desarrollo (CEPED), Instituto de Investigaciones Econ贸micas Julio H. G. Olivera, and Professor of National Accounts at the University of Buenos Aires. He holds a PhD in Economics from University of Buenos Aires. His research fields are Development and Labor Economics.
