Simone Landini holds a Ph.D. in mathematics for the analysis of financial markets from the Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca. He currently is researcher in political economics at the Socioeconomic Research 51ºÚÁϱ¬ÁÏÍøÀúʷʼþ of Piedmont as well as a visiting Fellow at the Faculty of Business at the University of Technology of Sydney. He is a member of the Italian Society for Chaos and Complexity, the Unione Matematica Italiana, the European Mathematica Society, the Società Italiana di Matematica Applicata e Industria. He has published both in economics and physics journals and co-authored the book Interactive Macroeconomics. Microfoundation Framework via a Stochastically Dynamic Aggregation of Heterogeneous Agents, in which he developed pioneer approaches to the aggregation of agent-based models.
